Terms of Service

DigitioHub is a technology solutions company offering services across software development, AI, digital transformation, and consulting.

DigitioHub provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Software Consulting
• Artificial Intelligence & Data Science
• AI-Driven Business Solutions
• Machine Learning & NLP Models
• Custom Application Development
• Customer Experience & Interface Design
• Mobility Solutions (Native & Hybrid Apps)
• Web Development
• Cloud & DevOps Services
• Blockchain Development

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and scope.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or misuse our systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials

All projects are executed based on a defined scope of work (SOW). Any requirements outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work. Timelines are dependent on client approvals, resource availability, and external dependencies. DigitioHub shall not be liable for delays caused by client-side factors.

Fees are payable as per agreed milestones or terms. DigitioHub reserves the right to suspend or delay services in case of non-payment. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Revisions are limited to those specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges. Scope changes may impact timelines and cost.

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment. DigitioHub retains the right to showcase work in portfolio and use deliverables for marketing purposes, unless restricted by a separate written agreement (e.g., NDA).

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, APIs, or integrations. DigitioHub is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or failures of third-party services.

DigitioHub agrees to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive client information. No data will be shared without consent, and internal safeguards are maintained to protect information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitioHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or any issues arising from misuse or external factors.

DigitioHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if terms are violated, payments are not fulfilled, or misuse is identified. Clients may terminate services with prior notice, subject to settlement of dues.

DigitioHub may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
